Sony’s new 11.7-inch AM-OLED Panel boasts better colors and improved lifetime

Sony unveiled a new OLED panel by using oxide semiconductor SID 2010, Seattle. The big advance with this display, it using oxide semiconductor TFTs (also known as IGZO), which can deliver a ten year lifetime.
The panel have a 960×540 pixel resolution, brighntess 600 cd/m² or more, contrast ratio of 1.000.000:1 or more, and 100% or higher color gamut vs NTSC. The maximum screen luminance with an all-white signal is 200 cd/m².
